Fill up the onboarding questionnaire

You will receive an onboarding email from us, once your team has filled in the onboarding questionnaire (sent by our team). The form would take less than 5 minutes to complete and will help us understand the role each stakeholder will play in the platform so we can ensure everyone is set up correctly and you get the most value from the product.

Setup Desktop app

1. You will receive an email from PrimeVault. Click on 'Sign Up for Primevault' (Check spam in case you are not able to find the email)

1. Sign up with your company email and set up a strong password

1. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app to setup your 2FA

1. Scan code or search for PrimeVault on the App Store to download the PrimeVault mobile app

1. Please verify your email once you log in to have continued access to your account

Forgot Password?

1. In case you forget your password, please click on 'Forgot Password?' You will receive an email to reset your new password

1. Follow the link from the email received and submit a new password
